Civil Concepts entered the field of Construction Management in 1995, and has maintained a long term relationship with many public and private entities in the greater Houston region. Our organizational skills have allowed us to maintain an exhaustive Professional Services/Construction Management contract history with the City of Pasadena from 1995 to 2001, which has included over 50 projects ranging from several thousand dollars to the $3.5 million Corrigan Center. In August 2008, Civil Concepts was awarded a Construction Management-at-Risk (CMAR) contract from the City of Pasadena for multiple projects which will range from $500,000 to well over $2,000,000. Civil Concepts also has a successful history of providing private client needs including construction management projects, and design-build projects.
