has been providing civil engineering services in a private consultant capacity
for the past 22 years and has civil engineering experience that spans more than
35 years. Our civil
engineering services include most municipal type designs both public and private
covering planning, cost estimating, preliminary engineering, design, plans,
specifications, permits, construction inspection and management as required for
paving, drainage, water, sewer systems, and other aspects of civil engineering.
